How business communication has been and will be impacted by the COVID-19

Mr. Go Harada joined INDUSTRIAL-X in August 2020, as the Chief Technology Officer / DX Architect. Go’s previous positions before INDUSTRIAL-X include: Solution Consultant Manager and Evangelist at Zendesk. During his tenure, Go was instrumental in leading all the technical solution, as well as managing the post-sales customer success and received the “Top Performer” in 2016. Prior to this role, he led the Service Cloud in salesforce.com Japan, responsible especially for customer engagement. Go is a proven leader with about 20 years of engineering experience include significant leadership roles managing the development wide range of platform such as salesforce, Zendesk, Azure, AWS, and managing diverse AI/IoT related service portfolios and strategies, and in working closely with sales and consulting team for customer’s business success.
Our life style has been drastically changed by the impact of COVID-19. It has also changed business communication styles, from Face to Face communication to online communication. In this talk, I will introduce some examples of how online communication technology and techniques can improve business communication.
