As we gather to kick off the conference on Sunday, July 12, 2015, join us for a delightful barbecue outdoors in the historic stables on the University of Limerick’s campus! Great food, traditional Irish music and dancers, a chance to mingle and meet your colleagues … one of our favorite events!

We have arranged for coach transportation to the event, and you will enjoy traveling through scenic countryside near Quin and Ennis. The event includes a full evening of dining in medieval banquet style. Excellent musicians provide entertainment throughout the banquet, much as they would have done for the lord and lady of the castle. Be sure to sign up for this event when you register!
