The IEEE Professional Communication Society (PCS) is hosting its annual conference at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, October 13-15, 2014. This will be an ideal venue to deliver information about your products or services to the technical and professional communication community.

Attendee Profile

PCS has about 40% non-North American membership, and our conference attendance reflects the international nature of our membership. Many IPCC attendees have strong ties to academic institutions around the world. This conference has a higher percentage of technical communication professors and researchers than any other related events. Finally, due to the underlying support of the larger IEEE organization, we also have a high percentage of engineers who attend to learn more about communication skills and tools.

Sponsorship Opportunities

For Academic Programs in Technical Communication: $500 and $300

Two levels of support: an advertisement for your academic program in the conference program and on the PCS website, and your materials in the registration area ($500), or just the advertisement ($300).

  • All sponsors are entitled to mention their sponsorship and to use the IPCC 2014 logo on their websites or other promotional materials.
  • All sponsors will be listed in alphabetical order on the Sponsors page on the conference website and in the conference Program Book.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

At our Awards Reception, we will recognize the achievements of distinguished scholars and researchers in the field of communication. Your support of the reception will be noted with signs and specific mention by the awards reception host.

Session Breaks: $2,300 (4 breaks)

Breaks between conference sessions promote discussion and allow participants to exchange ideas. Your support of these breaks will be noted by signs.
