IEEE/SAINTS Workshop on Aspects of Professional Communication. 13 Nov 2025.

IEEE ProComm was honored to be part of the IEEE/SAINTS Workshop on Aspects of Professional Communication. There were 54 registrants, with 30 attending in person and 24 online. Participants included 39 students, and eight universities across South Africa were represented, along with two universities outside SA (Botswana and Madagascar). From the current IEEE ProComm Board, two representatives gave presentations via Zoom. 1) “Impactful Presentations: Two Easy Techniques to Elevate Your Expert Presence” by Dr Traci Nathans-Kelly (Cornell University, IEEE ProComm), followed by “Writing Proposals that work!” by Prof. Pam Brewer (Mercer Univ., IEEE ProComm).
