Mark your calendar so that you can take advantage of the “early bird” registration rates which are in effect until June 25, 2017. Registration rates increase on June 23, 2017, as shown in the table below. Note: All registration rates are in USD$. All dates for online registration run until 11:59pm EDT (UTC -4).

- The Sunday evening Welcome reception (light hors d’oeuvres). (Not available for 1-day registrants)

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrants who cancel their registration for any reason (including the denial of a travel visa due to delays or other issues) will receive a partial refund. If the cancellation is made by June 20, 2017 at 5pmET, there will be a $50 fee imposed. If the cancellation is made from July 1-19, 2017 (by 5pmET), there will be a $100 fee imposed. After July 19, no refunds will be granted.
