Responsibilities: 4/4 teaching load, including undergraduate communication core and business communication courses, and graduate online-courses in professional and technical communication; course development; student advising; and assigned service responsibilities. Assistant Professor/ Writing Program Administrator, tenure track

Candidate will be expected to assess Writing Program objectives and outcomes, work with Department Chair in coordinating core writing course, develop a WAC program, and work closely with the AVP for Undergraduate Education and Assessment to improve undergraduate instruction.  2/2 teaching load. Requirements: Ph.D. in Composition and Rhetoric by August 2017, two years teaching excellence, and scholarship demonstrating a clear agenda in WPA.
