IEEE Region 4 Student Leadership Conference (SLC): October 4 – 6th

The University of Minnesota is hosting the 2013 IEEE Region 4 Student Leadership Conference (SLC)! The conference will be held October 4th-6th at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities campus.

The SLC offers many exciting opportunities including but not limited to:

• Leadership Training: Officer Leadership Training is provided by IEEE Region 4 for effective student branch practices and strategies to foster growth.
• Competitions: The Region 4 SLC offers multiple competitions with cash prizes for students to display their craftsmanship and IEEE knowledge.
• Workshops: The Region 4 SLC has a variety of breakout sessions and keynote speakers to cover a wide variety of state of the art research and professional and leadership development topics.
• Career Fair: Attendees will have the chance to attend a Region 4 SLC exclusive career fair and connect with some of the biggest engineering firms. This is a great chance for attendees to inquire about internships and full-time jobs.
