Deadlines

  • February 15, 2026 at 5pm ET: Drafts of Full Papers, Brief Papers, Extended Abstracts, Panels, and Workshops are due via the conference website. You can submit your drafts when the submission portal is open.
  • March 15, 2026: Submitters will be notified of acceptance status.
  • April 15, 2026 at 5pm ET: Camera-ready copy of revised Full Papers, Brief Papers, Extended Abstracts, Workshops, and Panel submissions for accepted works, along with copyright releases, are due for publication in the proceedings.

Full Conference Registration:

  • IEEE Student/Life Member: $309 CAD / $220 USD
  • IEEE Member: $787 CAD / $560 USD
  • Non-IEEE Member: $945 CAD / $675 USD

One-Day Registration (Any Day):

  • One-Day Pass (anyone): $400 CAD / $285 USD
